Sermon Snap Shot May 28, 2017

You see, it’s not about the works of your life culminating into a loaf so that you can be recognized, singled out and remembered for making that loaf possible. No, we are called to scatter breadcrumbs of love, compassion and peace that permeate throughout every interaction we have. If the breadcrumbs lead to a loaf down the road, wonderful. If not, wonderful. You may have helped somebody bake their loaf in the process, and that is equally as noble, equally as valuable, equally as important.

Ultimately, life ain’t about the loaf. It’s about leaving a trail of breadcrumbs that leaves the world a better place.
